At Mitsubishi Golf Shafts, we are committed to your performance on the course and offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled shafts in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built or tip-trimmed shafts are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the uninstalled shaft in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the shaft has not been cut or gripped, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
